Sukie and SeaCliff Realty Home Sales and Information Center, an impressive real estate company located in the heart of Huntington Beach, are pleased to share that they have recently celebrated 20 years of serving this amazing community! After a highly successful real estate career selling new developments throughout Seacliff and the downtown Huntington Beach area, Sukie took that passion and kick-started her own business.
Sukie prides her company for being an information hub for all of Huntington Beach. Sukie asks, “Would you like to know the association fees at SeaCliff on the Greens, or the various builders at The Peninsula, or how about how many homes are in the Boardwalk? Just give her a call, because she has all this information at her fingertips. Being a fellow neighbor in Seacliff and residing in the Westport community of “The Peninsula,” Sukie is well entrenched in the area, which is an added bonus to her clientele.
Treating clients, employees, staff, and agents equally, is the culture at SeaCliff Realty resulting in a team environment. Sukie’s mission statement, “One for all, all for one, all for you,” supports this “business family” setting. Working in concert is their team process and it starts with their Tuesday lunch meetings that foster good relationships with the agents, information gathering and sharing, and a chance to jump into the SeaCliff Realty van and drive around to the various properties coming on the market. This is a real plus for their sellers, as the agents preview upcoming listings and share thoughts on the list price – a true collaborative environment.

Not only is Sukie and SeaCliff Realty an award winning business, Sukie also has a heart for making a difference in other’s lives by involving herself with various philanthropic organizations. Some of those events she has partnered with include sponsoring both Huntington Beach High School football & baseball teams, Huntington Seacliff Elementary fundraisers, and beach clean ups, just to name a few.
To celebrate SeaCliff Realty’s 20 year anniversary, Sukie and the team at SeaCliff Realty had a thank you party to celebrate those who have helped them along this journey. With the theme, “Sukie in Wonderland,” a nod to Alice in Wonderland, a beautiful time was had by all at the SeaCliff Country Club. Sukie’s vision of helping the community “find their way home,” is what she has done for 20 years and will continue to do for many years to come. This theme was a great representation of herself and the agency. Colorful, velvet, fabric couches and chairs, beautiful, large, floral arrangements, incredible lighting, and a taste of “Alice” with hedges, doors, keys and mirrors spread throughout the room transformed the décor into a true wonderland. Entertainment was provided by Killer Dueling Pianos, the lovely Lilia, the electronic violinist, and of course the wildly fun “slow motion” video booth
Sukie wholeheartedly believes we are fortunate to live in such an amazing area of Huntington Beach! With its beautiful communities, the addition of the new dining and entertainment attractions at the phenomenal Pacific City, Bolsa Chica Wetlands, the Equestrian Center, the expansive Huntington Beach Library, and the unbelievable surf and sand, this is TRULY a WONDERLAND!
