Cruise of Lights is an annual attraction that cities throughout Southern California offer as an enhanced experience to residents through parks and recreation departments. It is the major fundraiser for Huntington Beach’s Huntington Harbour arm of the Orange County Philharmonic. Proceeds benefit youth music education programs.
Huntington Harbour Christmas Boat Parade – a two day festival of lights and sounds is produced by the Huntington Harbour Boat Parade committee. It is comprised of local boat owners residing or owning boats and yachts in Huntington Harbour comprised of five man-made islands (plus the tiny 6th island, Sunset).
Light of Love Downtown Parade takes place usually on the first Sunday in December. It is a short parade (a mere 2-4 blocks in length) but just perfect for families and their little ones to enjoy. The parade marches down Main Street and with the help of HB Police Department, it crosses over Pacific Coast Highway to Pier Plaza and the Huntington Beach Pier for the annual Pier Lighting, Meet Santa and youth entertainment.

First Christian Church Drive-Thru Nativity is an annual event with livestock – sheep, goats, camel, etc., which takes place in the church parking lots.
