Chelsea Roger was spectacular in the manner in which she handled the sale of my rental home in downtown/oldtown Huntington Beach.During this very challenging time of the pandemic she coordinated multiple buyer showings with several tenants of mine always treating them with the highest of respect. She returned my calls and text messages immediately and always kept me informed every step of the way.She gave me very sound advice during the entire process and always remained positive even when I had doubts of whether I could meet my closing deadline on another rental house that I was buying.It was amazing the number of great contractor contacts she had when I needed something repaired or needed an estimate.She kept me informed during the escrow process and helped speed things along until the closing.I would highly recommend Chelsea to everyone who needs a true professional agent.

I wanted to wait a little before writing this review. I didn’t want my emotions of owning a new house influence my review and experience. Having gone through this multiple times with different realtors on different transactions I have earned some experience at this. Although the end result was always the same, this experience was very different. Chelsea is BY FAR the most attentive, responsive and honest realtor we have worked with. The experience was wonderful despite the challenges that this deal presented. Covid brought its challenges. Through all the curves and ups and downs Chelsea never lost control or focus. She was our navigator, trusted advisor and sharp negotiator. She truly deflected all the stress that goes with purchasing a new home.
